“I think it best to summarize the process that Kino and I had over the past year in selecting my home in Vail. I started looking at homes in March/April of 2024. My initial correspondence with Kino involved me sending him homes that appealed to me. I definitely had specific features that I wanted, for example, no carpeting, tile or concrete floors and either a very modern contemporary look or the Southwestern/Sante Fe style. Thus Kino was able to send listings of many homes that matched my particulars. This was important as I didn't have to wade through the majority of listed homes but could focus on what Kino sent me. Kino has a very good eye and instinct to pick out homes that match a buyers needs and tastes. Months later a week in Tucson solidified my choice of Vail as my location after seeing about 10 homes in the area. Kino drove me to the homes during two full days during 100 degree heat. Many of the homes I liked sold or went contingent very fast. When I kept missing out Kino suggested others that were excellent. I had to decide quickly as I missed out on buying several homes. But Kino encouraged me to take my time and never rushed me. I rushed, but Kino made very sure that when I decided there were no other homes that I wanted to consider. He was more than happy to show me more homes to be certain that I was comfortable with my purchase. By the time I made an offer, I was so trusting of Kino that I did not see the home in person until after my home closed. When I did see the home the live viewing was even better than online photos, and Facetime viewings. Kino knows his art well in matching a client to the right home. The process from offer to acceptance to closing was so easy with his team. (Inspections were all arranged by Kino) I felt like royalty making decisions from another state even though an average potato. I plan on making an exchange on one of my properties in California for another in the Tucson area. Kino will be my goto”
